Pastor Tim grew up in Arkansas City, Kansas. He obtained a bachelor's degree in violin performance from Southwestern College in Winfield, Kansas and a master's degree in violin performance from Oklahoma State University. During this time, he met Ashton, and they were married in 2013. Six weeks after their wedding, they moved to Los Angeles where Tim began studying at The Master's Seminary.
Tim graduated from The Master's Seminary in 2017. He became the senior pastor of First Baptist Church in Roxana that same year. He is passionate for the preaching of God's Word and the shepherding of His people. He is excited to serve in Roxana. Tim also has several years of experience as a professional violinist. He and his wife Ashton have four young children--John, Owen, Saoirse, and Bethan.

Glen has grown up in Roxana as his parents moved here when he was 4 yrs old in 1965. He and his 3 sisters (Jennifer, Sally, Ellen) all attended Roxana schools; he graduated Roxana High School in 1979 and got a job at the Laclede Steel Mill in Alton, IL.
As he continued to live in Roxana, he worked part-time for the City of Roxana during the many times of layoff from the steel mill and in 1983 started full time employment with the City. He retired in 2019 after 36 ½ yrs of employment with the Roxana Water Dept.
He married Dawn (1980 Roxana HS graduate) and they have raised 2 daughters and they now have 6 grandchildren (all boys). Ashley is married to Phil (Logan, Brady, Parker and Theo). Andrea is married to Dave (Rhett and Berkley).
Glen started attending First Baptist Church in Roxana sometime in 1971.
He was baptized (1974) and married (1983) at the Church and over the years has served as Trustee, Deacon, Missions Committee, Youth Leader, Financial Secretary. He currently serves as Treasurer and Elder.

Jim has attended Roxana First Baptist Church for 62 yrs. He was baptized when he was 9 years old. He has been married to Jennifer for 43 yrs. They have 3 grown kids and 3 grandchildren. He has lived in Roxana for 62 yrs. He retired from the Roxana Police Department in 2013.
